Are you overpriced?

In this market you're overpriced if you're not averaging 3-5 showings a week. 

Being the lowest priced home in the neighborhood doesn't mean you're priced right. All the other homes could be overpriced. 

If you're not getting the activity needed to sell your home you should reduce your price at least every 2 weeks until the home is sold.
